UNICEF regional conferinte
During November 2006, the second component of the UNICEF
project unfolded: “Promoting Development/ Early
education and the importance of the first three years of
life”. There have been organized three regional
conferences in the counties of Constanta, Iasi
si Mures, which monitored the implication of all the
liability factors from rural, small- city and county
residence communities (mayors, local counsellors,
communitarian social workers, medical people, educators
etc.) in order to promote the Development/ Early
education and the importance of the first three years of
life, for the child’s future growth. The participating
counties were: Constanta, Ialomita, Braila, Iasi, Bacau,
Vaslui, Mures, Bistrita-Nasaud si Covasna.
