Period: August 2006 – January 2007

Total budget 36.181$, from which 22.476 $ represents the UNICEF contribution

Objectives:   general     * protecting and promoting the young child’s rights (0- 3 years old) throughout informing and educating the large audience, the parents and all the liability factors, regarding early education. 

 specifics * organizing information and education campaigns  regarding Development/ Child’s early education and the importance of the first three years of life in Constanta, Iasi and Mures counties

                                                     * organizing three regional conferences in Constanta, Iasi and Mures with the participation of all the liability factors from rural, small- city and county residence communities, with the participation of 9 counties (3 fundamental counties: Constanta, Iasi and Mures, and 6 neighbouring ones: Ialomita, Braila, Vaslui, Bacau, Bistrita and Covasna) in order to promote the Development/ Early education and the importance of the first three years of life, for the child’s future growth.
