“The Holt team offered me the extraordinay chance of working
with those children and those families that needed help. Holt
has represented a great challenge since I became the Director of
the Iasi Site. Since 1999, I consider I’ve worked in order to
develop several services in the
county of
Iasi, dedicated to children and families, and which have
been later advanced by the public institutions. It’s a great joy
for us, the Holt team, to see how people from others
institutions are working according to our methods. When I
reflect about the decisions we used to take together, I’m always
wondering how the children that receive our services will react
and what will they think about our gesture when they grow up?; I
suppose that the majority will be thrilled about our support.
The Holt staff is a devoted team with special and professional
people, whom are thinking, feeling and acting in favor of the
children that need us. I’m proud and honored to be able to
participate on developing such a team. I’m constantly trying to
return the Holt’s staff whatever it invested in me along the
years: love, trust, responsibleness, good intentions, respect
and the pride of being a member of the Holt team. “

“My hiring moment at Holt Organization represented a great change in my
career, because I was trained as a social worker, as a
specialist in the Child Services Protection. I continuously
improved by means of all the trainings I’ve participated to. I
appreciated at the very start the flexible schedules which come
as a natural and necessary result for the local Child Protection
Programs.
Moreover, I like working at Holt Organization because here I
have the opportunity of practicing with a wonderful team, full
of kind people. Among the members of the Holt Iasi Site team
there are strong connections of support and mutual respect,
understanding and helpfulness. It is obvious that the team’s
unity makes our activity to be appreciated and well- known by
other specialists. We are a very dynamic and strong team which
works at high professional standards and offers quality services
in the Child Protection area.”

“The opportunity of working as part of this Organization has been and
still is for me, a very great chance to train myself as a
professional in the field
Because of the great variety of my clients’ problems, both individually,
as in groups, I must continuously train myself. This aspect is
possible by means of several trainings and by the opportunities
that the organization offers for permanent refresher courses.
For me is also very important the team I’m working with. I’m
glad I have the chance of working with such a professional
staff, formed by sensitive and supportive people. And the last
but not least, I’m happy to do what I’ve always wished and the
kind of job for which I’m preparing together with such wonderful
people.”
